As of January1, 2026, the CAC Mid & Small index, the benchmark index for your FCP, will be replaced by the MSCI France SMID Cap Index (EUR).
This change does not alter the fund’s risk/return profile or increase its fees. The fund’s other characteristics remain unchanged.
The fund’s regulatory documentation, updated as a result of this transaction, will be available on the website: https: //www.groupama-am.com from January1, 2026.
